• We ship your parcel within 1 day (in case of dupattas and suits) and it may take 2-3 days for sarees of receiving confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order. 
• Kavita Creations have full discretionary right to cancel the order anytime.
• Shipping information would be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
• If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• We charge shipping as per the weight of the items. The order will be delivered to you within 8-10 days of the confirmed payment of the order
